Refund & Return Policy

When can I apply for a Return/ Refund?



If your order is still under "To Receive" status, please proceed to request for return/ refund if you:


1. Faulty, please supply details

2. Order Error

3. Other, please supply details

4. Received the Wrong Item



When will I receive my refund?


Your refund will be processed immediately once your Return/ Refund or Cancellation Request Case had been approved.


If you paid for your order using one of the following methods, it will take up to 24 hours for your refund once the cancellation request had been approved:


1. Online Banking (FPX), e-wallets TNG, Boost, MCash

2. Visa/ Master

3. e-wallets Grab Pay, Maybank QR, Shopee Pay, and eNets QR



When are the conditions for a Return Refund Request?


You can apply for a return for the following reasons:


1.  I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)

2.  I received incomplete products(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)

3.  I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different products)

4.  I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)

5.  I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)


Please kindly note that we may dispute your return if we disagree with the reason you requested a refund. In such cases, our dispute team will take over the case and judge based on the proof provided by both parties.



Who bears the shipping fee to return the parcel to the seller?


As a buyer what you need to do is:


1. Request for a return & refund for this order within 7 days.

2. After we agreed for you to return the parcel, you may pack the parcel to ship back to the seller and the shipping fees will be bear by our store.
